RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CAIO does not accept returns, unless the product is defective.

If the product is defective, the user may return the ordered product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

• a) The product(s) has not been used;
• b) The product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
• c) The product(s) are complete. All packaging accompanying the order must be returned.

In cases of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Caio is responsible for collecting the article(s) from the address chosen by the user. Please note, pick-ups are only eligeble at the original shipping address provided on the order, excluding islands.

The customer must request the return of the order through the email caiocollectionstore@gmail.com indicating:

• The order number.
• The item(s) he wants to return.

You can exchange your product for another model or size within 14 (fourteen) days or request a refund through via voucher. Please note, possible subsequent refunds of items purchased with the voucher will always be made via voucherr. Vouchers are non-refundable.

Please note, these conditions are valid for returns and exchanges in Portugal. Please contact us at caiocollectionstore@gmail.com for information about returns and exchanges outside Portugal.
